§ Used Parts

What if I can't find the part I'm looking for?

You can make a parts request [here], and a customer service rep will double check our inventory. New inventory is added every single week, so make sure to check back next week.

Does PSN offer a warranty on used parts?

Yes. All of our used parts (including electronic parts) come with a 30 day warranty. Bearings, bushings, gaskets, seals, cables, petcocks, bulbs, clutch plates, sprockets, pistons, and rings are all wear items and are not guaranteed by us unless stated specifically that they are good in the listing. All parts are used unless otherwise noted in the listing description.
We believe in honest and fair deals. We stand behind our products. If you have an issue, please contact us and we will make it right. That's our guarantee.

If I see a part online, does that mean it is in stock?

Yes. If the part is available online, it is available for purchase. The only acception to this is rebuilt products that are out of stock. You will see an option to email us, indicating you are interested in getting one of these rebuilt. 

§ Rebuilt

Are rebuilt engines in stock?

Most rebuilt engines are going to require a 10-14 day build time depending on the availability of cores, parts and the current rebuild time required by our engine department.

Does PSN offer a warranty on rebuilt items?

Yes. Rebuilt items come with a 90 or 180 day warranty unless otherwise noted.

Is PSN legit?

Power Sports Nation is a FULLY licensed and bonded power sports dealer in Nebraska. We have over 15 years in the business with amazing positive feedback, customer satisfaction, and a vast number of repeat customers. We support the sport, and we race and ride ourselves! You can trust that we are legit!

What is Power Sports Nation?

Power Sports Nation is an ATV/UTV parts dealer. We provide good used parts that are inspected, cataloged and stored indoors. We also provide a number of high quality rebuilt items (engines, transmissions, etc) using only OEM or better parts in our rebuilds.

§ Discounts

Does PSN offer dealer discounts?

Yes. We offer dealer discounts on used parts, not rebuilt engines or rebuilt parts. Dealer discounts are only available on our website, not through eBay or Amazon.

Does PSN offer discounts on parts ordered online?

PSN does often use sales with coupon codes. If you have a coupon code, you can receive discounts for online orders. Any other discounts or clearance sales aside from our dealer discounts program need to be ordered over the phone.

What information do I need before calling in to order parts?

It is helpful to have Make, Model, Year and Engine size of the machine you need parts for.

Do you keep my card info on file?

Your card is stored in the website for frequent purchasers. If you only order occasionally the card information will go away after 30 days.

§ Shipping

Does PSN offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the Continental U.S. on all newly listed inventory excluding large motor-freight items. Standard shipping time is 1-4 business days.

Does PSN ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for free?

We do ship to these locations, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. You can call your customer service rep for a shipping quote.

Does PSN offer International shipping?

Yes. We ship internationally at our own discretion using USPS. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will have higher shipping charges. Parts will need to be ordered from Ebay to qualify. Your Customer Service rep can place the order for you over the phone if you have questions.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail at the time of shipment. Your item will be shipped using FedEx (for larger items) or USPS (for smaller items). You can enter your respective tracking number [here].

Can I expedite my shipping times?

Yes. Call your customer service rep for a shipping quote.

What are the shipping hours?

Parts will ship the next business day after ordering. Overnight orders need to be taken before 3:00pm CST to qualify for same day shipment.

Is freight shipping available?

Yes. Large items such as side-by-side frames, roll cages, side by side boxes, large ATV frames, large engines and heavy engines will ship by Motor Freight.
  • All products that must be shipped via freight (large and heavy items) have no additional cost as long as a business address is provided.
  • No freight shipment will leave our facility until we have verified the address provided meets the proper criteria for commercial freight shipping.
  • Business address must have a loading dock or a fork lift to unload product from the trailer. The business address must be in a business district.
We do have options to deliver outside this criteria at an extra charge to the customer. All fees must be collected prior to shipping.
  • Private Residence - $30 per occurrence.
  • Limited Access Locations - $30 per occurrence (schools, hospitals, businesses located outside a business district).
  • Life Gate Service - $57 per occurrence (if your item is too large and you are shipping to a private residence this may be required to remove the item from the truck).

§ Returns & Refunds

Can I make a return?

Yes. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, or the sale is considered final. All returned items require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can get by calling us at (402) 371-7002. Items sent without a RMA number will not qualify for a refund. Unless it is our mistake, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds the 20%.

Can I return an item shipped internationally?

No. International returns will not be accepted.

Are all items returnable?

Yes. All items purchased from PSN are returnable.
