We are now offering a complete top end kit. Get the same quality piston and rings that PowerSportsNation uses in their rebuilds. This kit is designed specifically for the DIY (Do It Yourself) mechanic. Everything that you need to repair your top end is included in one easy purchase. This kit includes a cylinder, piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips and top end gaskets The cylinder is cleaned, bored and honed to the specific clearances for the piston you receive in the kit. Ring end gaps are checked prior to shipment for proper sizing. You as the customer will need to final clean the bore with soap and water to get the level of cleanliness necessary to have a successful build. Cylinders are boxed and shelved with chemicals in the bore (honing oil) to allow for long term storage without rusting. At this point your cylinder and piston is ready for installation. If you are needing additional components to complete your rebuild, feel free to ask. We stock a large variety of parts to rebuild these engines and might have what you need.
