PowerSportsNation is now offering Rebuilt Cylinder Heads. Get the same quality rebuilt head that PowerSportsNation uses in their rebuilds. The cylinder head is bead blasted and chemically cleaned for a nice, finished look. The head will be resurfaced to insure it is truly flat. The head will receive new valves and seals. The seats are resurfaced to match the new valves. All guides are replaced if out of spec. We reutilize the springs keepers and locks when possible. If we find them to be bad, they will be replaced. Do to the design of this camshaft and the lash variations, we do not set valve lash. The camshaft is not included. If we are currently out of stock, you can always send your core in for the rebuild. If you send in a buildable core, get $50 back. We would like to buy back all cores for in stock cylinder heads. When sending in your head for rebuild, please send with camshaft(s) to help us to properly shim the clearance. If you are needing additional components to complete your rebuild, feel free to ask.
